In the exercise of the powers conferred by or pursuant to this Act, Our Minister shall not intervene in the procedural handling of, the substantive assessment of, or the decision in a specific case or in categories of cases.
Bij de uitvoering van de bevoegdheden, toegedeeld bij of krachtens deze wet, treedt Onze Minister niet in de procesrechtelijke behandeling van, de inhoudelijke beoordeling van alsmede de beslissing in een concrete zaak of in categorieën van zaken.
