A decision of the Council for the performance of the tasks referred to in Article 91 may be annulled by Royal Decree upon the recommendation of Our Minister if the decision is in conflict with the law or the interest of sound management of the judicial organization. A decision of the Council as referred to in Article 21a, paragraph 1, may be annulled by Royal Decree upon the recommendation of Our Minister on the grounds of conflict with the law or the public interest.
Articles 8:4, point (a), 10:36, 10:37 and 10:38 up to and including 10:45 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Een beslissing van de Raad ter uitvoering van de in artikel 91 genoemde taken kan op voordracht van Onze Minister bij koninklijk besluit worden vernietigd indien de beslissing in strijd is met het recht of het belang van een goede bedrijfsvoering van de rechterlijke organisatie. Een beslissing van de Raad als bedoeld in artikel 21a, eerste lid, kan op voordracht van Onze Minister bij koninklijk besluit worden vernietigd wegens strijd met het recht of het algemeen belang.
De artikelen 8:4, onderdeel a, 10:36, 10:37 en 10:38 tot en met 10:45 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing.
