Our Minister shall, within five years after the entry into force of this Act, submit a report to the States General on the effectiveness and the effects of this Act in practice.
2.
This evaluation shall, in any event, address the question of whether it is necessary to establish an Information Commissioner.

Onze Minister zendt binnen vijf jaar na de inwerkingtreding van deze wet aan de Staten-Generaal een verslag over de doeltreffendheid en de effecten van deze wet in de praktijk.
2.
In deze evaluatie wordt in ieder geval aandacht besteed aan de vraag of het noodzakelijk is om een Informatiecommissaris in te stellen.
