Section 4.1.3.2 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) does not apply to decisions pursuant to this Act and to decisions on objections against these decisions.
Paragraaf 4.1.3.2 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is niet van toepassing op besluiten op grond van deze wet en op beslissingen op bezwaar tegen deze besluiten.
