Article 2.2

This Act applies to:
administrative authorities;
the Houses and the joint session of the States General;
the Council for the Judiciary and the Board of Delegates;
the Council of State, unless the Council exercises the royal authority, and with the exception of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division;
the Netherlands Court of Audit;
the National Ombudsman and the deputy ombudsmen as referred to in Article 9, paragraph 1, of the National Ombudsman Act, and ombudsmen and ombudsman committees as referred to in Article 9:17, point (b), of the General Administrative Law Act.
For the application of this Act, the bodies, persons and colleges referred to in the first paragraph, parts (b) through (f), which are not an administrative authority pursuant to the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), shall be equated with an administrative authority.
Deze wet is van toepassing op:
bestuursorganen;
de Kamers en de verenigde vergadering der Staten-Generaal;
de Raad voor de rechtspraak en het College van afgevaardigden;
de Raad van State, tenzij de Raad het koninklijk gezag uitoefent, en met uitzondering van de Afdeling bestuursrechtspraak;
de Algemene Rekenkamer;
de Nationale ombudsman en de substituut-ombudsmannen als bedoeld in artikel 9, eerste lid, van de Wet Nationale ombudsman, en ombudsmannen en ombudscommissies als bedoeld in artikel 9:17, onderdeel b, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
Voor de toepassing van deze wet worden de organen, personen en colleges, bedoeld in het eerste lid, onderdelen b tot en met f, die op grond van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht geen bestuursorgaan zijn, gelijk gesteld met een bestuursorgaan.
