Everyone has the right of access to public information without being required to state an interest, subject to the restrictions provided for by this Act.
Eenieder heeft recht op toegang tot publieke informatie zonder daartoe een belang te hoeven stellen, behoudens bij deze wet gestelde beperkingen.
