The maximum rent limit is:
€ 932.93 per month as:
the tenant, their partner or one of the co-occupants is 21 years of age or older, or shares the dwelling with a child or foster child of the tenant, their partner or a co-occupant, or
the tenant, their spouse or the co-occupant under the age of 21, and who has a disability or
€ 498.20 per month in cases other than those referred to under (a).
The amounts referred to in the first paragraph, under (a) and (b), shall be adjusted with effect from 1 January of each year in accordance with Article 27.

de huurder, diens partner of een van de medebewoners 21 jaar of ouder is, dan wel de woning deelt met een kind of pleegkind van de huurder, diens partner of een medebewoner of
de huurder, diens partner of de medebewoner jonger dan 21 jaar is, en een handicap heeft of
€ 498,20 per maand in andere gevallen dan bedoeld onder a.
De in het eerste lid, onder a en b, genoemde bedragen worden met ingang van 1 januari van elk jaar gewijzigd overeenkomstig artikel 27.
