Article 23c

If the works council has delegated the authority to conduct consultations with the person in charge of the relevant division to a divisional committee, Articles 17, 22, 23, 23a, paragraphs two, four and six, 23b, 24, paragraph one, 25, 27, 28, 31a, paragraphs one, six and seven, 31b and 31c shall apply mutatis mutandis to such consultations. Matters that are dealt with in the consultations with the works council may not be addressed in these consultations.
Indien de ondernemingsraad aan een onderdeelcommissie de bevoegdheid heeft toegekend tot het plegen van overleg met degene die de leiding heeft van het betrokken onderdeel, zijn ten aanzien van dat overleg de artikelen 17, 22, 23, 23a, tweede, vierde en zesde lid, 23b, 24, eerste lid, 25, 27, 28, 31a, eerste, zesde en zevende lid, 31b en 31c van overeenkomstige toepassing. In dit overleg kunnen geen aangelegenheden worden behandeld die in het overleg met de ondernemingsraad worden behandeld.
