The place of a service provided to an entrepreneur consisting of the granting of access to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment or similar events, such as fairs and exhibitions, and services ancillary to the granting of access, is the place where these events actually take place. This article does not apply to the granting of access to events if the attendance is virtual.
De plaats van een voor een ondernemer verrichte dienst bestaande in het verlenen van toegang tot culturele, artistieke, sportieve, wetenschappelijke, educatieve, vermakelijkheids- of soortgelijke evenementen, zoals beurzen en tentoonstellingen, en met de toegangverlening samenhangende diensten, is de plaats waar deze evenementen daadwerkelijk plaatsvinden. Dit artikel is niet van toepassing op het verlenen van toegang tot de evenementen indien de aanwezigheid virtueel is.
