The place of passenger transport services is the place where the transport takes place, in proportion to the distances covered.
The place of supply for transport services of goods, other than intra-Community transport of goods, provided to non-taxable persons, is the place where the transport takes place, in proportion to the distances covered.
The place of intra-Community transport services of goods for persons other than taxable persons is the place of departure.
De plaats van personenvervoerdiensten is de plaats waar het vervoer plaatsvindt, zulks naar verhouding van de afgelegde afstanden.
De plaats van andere goederenvervoerdiensten voor andere dan ondernemers dan het intracommunautaire goederenvervoer, is de plaats waar het vervoer plaatsvindt, zulks naar verhouding van de afgelegde afstanden.
De plaats van intracommunautaire goederenvervoerdiensten voor andere dan ondernemers, is de plaats van vertrek.
