Those officials of the Fiscal Information and Investigation Service who have been designated for this purpose by Our Minister of Justice shall be assistant public prosecutors with regard to the preliminary investigation into violations of the regulations laid down by or pursuant to the Financial Relations with Foreign Countries Act 1994.
Van de ambtenaren van de Fiscale Inlichtingen- en Opsporingsdienst zijn degenen, die daartoe door Onze Minister van Justitie zijn aangewezen, hulpofficier van justitie ten aanzien van het voorbereidende onderzoek naar de overtredingen der voorschriften gesteld bij of krachtens de Wet financiële betrekkingen buitenland 1994.
