Insofar as no deviation is made therefrom in this Act or in the acts and decrees referred to in Article 1 and Article 1a, the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall apply with regard to the investigation of economic offences.
Voor zover daarvan niet in deze wet of de in artikel 1 en artikel 1a genoemde wetten en besluiten is afgeweken, gelden ten aanzien van de opsporing van economische delicten de bepalingen van het Wetboek van Strafvordering.
