In the interest of the investigation, investigative officers are authorised to demand access to data and documents, insofar as this is reasonably necessary for the performance of their duties.
They are authorised to make copies of the data and documents.
If the making of copies cannot take place on site, they are authorised to take the data and documents with them for a short period for that purpose, against a written receipt to be issued by them.
De opsporingsambtenaren zijn in het belang van de opsporing bevoegd inzage te vorderen van gegevens en bescheiden, voor zover dat redelijkerwijs voor de vervulling van hun taak nodig is.
Zij zijn bevoegd van de gegevens en bescheiden kopieën te maken.
Indien het maken van kopieën niet ter plaatse kan geschieden, zijn zij bevoegd de gegevens en bescheiden voor dat doel voor korte tijd mee te nemen tegen een door hen af te geven schriftelijk bewijs.
