In the application of Article 3, paragraphs 2 and 3, Our Minister shall, insofar as this has consequences for the exercise of public authority by the COA, give notice thereof to both Houses of the States General.

Bij de toepassing van artikel 3, tweede en derde lid, doet Onze Minister, voor zover dat gevolgen heeft voor de uitoefening van openbaar gezag door het COA, daarvan mededeling aan beide Kamers der Staten-Generaal.
