in forceIf Our Minister has determined that the Labour Foundation (Stichting van de Arbeid) has ceased to exist or to perform the task incumbent upon it by virtue of this Act, the central organizations of employers and employees designated by Us pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 1, of the Wage Formation Act (Wet op de loonvorming) shall act in its place for the application of Article 4, paragraph 4, and Article 6, paragraph 2, second sentence.
Indien Onze Minister heeft vastgesteld dat de Stichting van de Arbeid heeft opgehouden te bestaan of de haar krachtens deze wet toekomende taak te vervullen, treden voor de toepassing van de artikelen 4, vierde lid, en 6, tweede lid, tweede volzin, in haar plaats de krachtens artikel 17, eerste lid, van de Wet op de loonvorming door Ons aangewezen centrale organisaties van werkgevers en van werknemers.
