It is prohibited to intentionally use, in relation to a motor vehicle or a trailer, a registration certificate that has not been issued to the owner or holder for that motor vehicle or that trailer, as if it had been issued to them for that motor vehicle or that trailer.
Het is verboden ten opzichte van een motorrijtuig of een aanhangwagen opzettelijk gebruik te maken van een kentekenbewijs dat niet aan de eigenaar of houder voor dat motorrijtuig of die aanhangwagen is afgegeven, als ware het aan deze voor dat motorrijtuig of die aanhangwagen afgegeven.
