Economic operators involved in the offering for sale or placing on the market of the vehicles or tyres referred to in this chapter to which Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 applies, are prohibited from acting in contravention of Article 7(1) of that Regulation.
Providers of information society services as referred to in Article 3, point 14, of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 who are involved in the offering for sale or placing on the market of the vehicles or tyres referred to in this chapter to which Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 applies, are prohibited from acting in contravention of Article 7(2) of that Regulation.
Het is marktdeelnemers die betrokken zijn bij het op de markt aanbieden of in de handel brengen van de in dit hoofdstuk bedoelde voertuigen of banden waar verordening (EU) 2019/1020 op van toepassing is, verboden in strijd te handelen met artikel 7, eerste lid, van die verordening.
Het is aanbieders van diensten van de informatiemaatschappij als bedoeld in artikel 3, onderdeel 14, van verordening (EU) 2019/1020 die betrokken zijn bij het op de markt aanbieden of in de handel brengen van de in dit hoofdstuk bedoelde voertuigen of banden waar verordening (EU) 2019/1020 op van toepassing is, verboden in strijd te handelen met artikel 7, tweede lid, van die verordening.
