It is prohibited to manufacture, import, possess, offer for sale, supply, transport or use devices designated by Order in Council that are intended to obstruct the detection of criminal offences or regulatory offences punishable under or pursuant to this Act.
Het is verboden bij algemene maatregel van bestuur aan te wijzen voorzieningen die zijn bestemd voor de opsporing van bij of krachtens deze wet strafbaar gestelde misdrijven of overtredingen te belemmeren, te vervaardigen, in te voeren, in voorraad te hebben, te koop aan te bieden, af te leveren, te vervoeren of te gebruiken.
