An application or petition to be submitted to the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) in connection with the implementation of an EU regulation or directive regarding the type-approval of motor vehicles, or in connection with the implementation of this chapter and the provisions based thereon, shall be submitted in the manner to be determined by the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer).
The costs associated with the processing of an application or petition as referred to in the first paragraph, and in connection with the performance of tasks and acts and the taking of decisions by the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) as referred to in Article 4b, parts a, a1 and b, shall be determined by the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) and shall be borne by the applicant.
Een bij de Dienst Wegverkeer in te dienen aanvraag of verzoek in verband met de uitvoering van een EU-verordening of -richtlijn in verband met de goedkeuring van motorvoertuigen of in verband met de uitvoering van dit hoofdstuk en de daarop berustende bepalingen, wordt ingediend op de door de Dienst Wegverkeer te bepalen wijze.
De kosten die samenhangen met het in behandeling nemen van een aanvraag of verzoek als bedoeld in het eerste lid en in verband met het door de Dienst Wegverkeer verrichten van taken en handelingen en het nemen van besluiten als bedoeld in artikel 4b, onderdelen a, a1 en b, worden door de Dienst Wegverkeer vastgesteld en komen ten laste van de aanvrager.
