An interested party may lodge an appeal with the court against a traffic decision regarding the placement or removal of traffic signs and supplementary plates, or regarding the implementation of measures on or along the road for the regulation of traffic.
Een belanghebbende kan tegen een verkeersbesluit tot plaatsing of verwijdering van verkeerstekens en onderborden of tot het treffen van maatregelen op of aan de weg ter regeling van het verkeer beroep instellen bij de rechtbank.
