in forceRecognition of companies for the performance of acts relating to the registration of data in the vehicle registration register, the manufacture or registration of license plates, the inspection of vehicles, or the installation of parts or devices in vehicles
It is prohibited for any person to whom no basic recognition, recognition for specific acts, or authority as referred to in Article 4aue has been granted, to conduct themselves, make statements, or present themselves in such a manner that the impression may be created that such recognition or authority has been granted to them.
Het is een ieder aan wie niet een basiserkenning, erkenning voor specifieke handelingen of bevoegdheid als bedoeld in artikel 4aue is verleend, verboden zich op zodanige wijze te gedragen, uit te laten of voor te doen, dat daardoor de indruk kan worden gewekt, dat een zodanige erkenning of bevoegdheid aan hem is verleend.
