The officials designated by decision of the Netherlands Vehicle Authority (Dienst Wegverkeer) are charged with the supervision of compliance with the obligations arising from the basic recognition, recognition for specific acts or authorisation as referred to in Article 4aue, and with the requirements and conditions attached to the basic recognition, recognition for specific acts or authorisation as referred to in Article 4aue.
Notice of a decision as referred to in the first paragraph shall be given by publication in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).
Met het toezicht op de naleving van de uit de basiserkenning, erkenning voor specifieke handelingen of bevoegdheid als bedoeld in artikel 4aue voortvloeiende verplichtingen en van de aan de basiserkenning, erkenning voor specifieke handelingen of bevoegdheid als bedoeld in artikel 4aue verbonden eisen en voorwaarden zijn belast de bij besluit van de Dienst Wegverkeer aangewezen ambtenaren.
Van een besluit als bedoeld in het eerste lid wordt mededeling gedaan door plaatsing in de Staatscourant.
