As long as the budget has not been approved, the management board is entitled, for a period of no more than six months of the new financial year, to make expenditures for each month in the amount of 115% of one-twelfth of the budget of the preceding financial year.
Zolang de begroting niet is goedgekeurd, is de directie gerechtigd gedurende ten hoogste zes maanden van het nieuwe boekjaar voor iedere maand uitgaven te doen ter grootte van 115% van een twaalfde deel van de begroting van het voorafgaande boekjaar.
