Where, pursuant to this Act, approval or consent by the supervisory board is required, the latter shall grant or withhold such approval or consent within six weeks after the date of receipt of the documents subject to such approval or consent.
The expiry of the period referred to in the first paragraph without the approval or consent having been granted or withheld shall be equated with approval or consent.
Waar ingevolge deze wet de goedkeuring dan wel de instemming door de raad van toezicht is vereist, verleent of onthoudt deze die goedkeuring dan wel die instemming binnen zes weken na de datum van ontvangst van de aan goedkeuring dan wel instemming onderhevige stukken.
Met goedkeuring dan wel instemming wordt gelijkgesteld het verstrijken van de in het eerste lid bedoelde termijn zonder dat de goedkeuring dan wel de instemming is verleend of onthouden.
