By Order in Council, it may be provided that the State shall, on a basis to be determined therein and in accordance with rules to be established therein, allocate monetary amounts obtained from the enforcement of administrative sanctions to a legal person established under public law.
Bij algemene maatregel van bestuur kan worden bepaald dat de staat geldbedragen, verkregen uit de tenuitvoerlegging van administratieve sancties, op een daarbij vast te stellen grondslag en naar daarbij vast te stellen regelen ten goede laat komen aan een rechtspersoon die krachtens het publiekrecht is ingesteld.
