For the period of the transnational provision of services, the service provider shall designate a contact person in the Netherlands for the benefit of Our Minister in connection with the posting to the Netherlands, who shall act as the point of contact for the service provider and who shall be available in the Member State where the work is performed for the sending and receiving of information regarding the transnational provision of services.
De dienstverrichter wijst voor de periode van transnationale dienstverrichting een contactpersoon, die als aanspreekpunt van de dienstverrichter fungeert en die in de lidstaat waar de arbeid wordt verricht beschikbaar is voor het verzenden en ontvangen van informatie met betrekking tot de transnationale dienstverrichting, aan in Nederland ten behoeve van Onze Minister in verband met de detachering naar Nederland.
