The officials designated by Our Minister are charged with the supervision of compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act.

Notice of a decision as referred to in the first paragraph shall be given by publication in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).

Met het toezicht op de naleving van het bij of krachtens deze wet bepaalde zijn belast de door Onze Minister aangewezen ambtenaren.

Van een besluit als bedoeld in het eerste lid, wordt mededeling gedaan door plaatsing in de Staatscourant.
