Without prejudice to Article 5:48, paragraph 2, of the General Administrative Law Act, the report shall in any event state the person or persons involved in the violation.

The report shall be sent to the official designated pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1.

Onverminderd artikel 5:48, tweede lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht vermeldt het rapport in ieder geval de bij de overtreding betrokken persoon of personen.
2.
Het rapport wordt toegezonden aan de op grond van artikel 18, eerste lid, aangewezen ambtenaar.
