The supervisors are authorised to enter a dwelling without the consent of the occupant, taking with them the necessary equipment. They do not possess the powers referred to in Articles 5:18 and 5:19 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht).
De toezichthouders zijn bevoegd, met medeneming van de benodigde apparatuur, een woning binnen te treden zonder toestemming van de bewoner. Zij beschikken niet over de bevoegdheden, genoemd in de artikelen 5:18 en 5:19 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
