A designation pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, 2 or 3, Article 6a, or pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 1, a decision pursuant to Article 55.0a, the detention and the extension of the detention referred to in Article 50, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4, the detention referred to in Article 50a, paragraph 1, and a measure aimed at restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty taken pursuant to Chapter 5 of this Act, shall be equated with a decision for the purposes of Article 8:1 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht).
In deviation from Article 8:41 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht), no court fee shall be levied by the clerk of the court.
Een aanwijzing op grond van artikel 6, eerste, tweede of derde lid, artikel 6a, of op grond van artikel 55, eerste lid, een beslissing op grond van artikel 55.0a, de ophouding en de verlenging van de ophouding bedoeld in artikel 50, tweede, derde en vierde lid, de ophouding bedoeld in artikel 50a, eerste lid, en een ingevolge hoofdstuk 5 van deze wet genomen maatregel strekkende tot vrijheidsbeperking of vrijheidsontneming worden voor de toepassing van artikel 8:1 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht gelijkgesteld met een besluit.
In afwijking van artikel 8:41 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht wordt door de griffier geen griffierecht geheven.
