Unless otherwise provided in this Regulation or in national laws, the Office and the courts or authorities of the Member States shall on request give assistance to each other by communicating information or opening files for inspection.
Where the Office opens files to inspection by courts, public prosecutors' offices or central industrial property offices, the inspection shall not be subject to the restrictions laid down in Article 74.
Tenzij in deze verordening of in de nationale wetgevingen anders bepaald is, verlenen het Bureau en de bevoegde rechterlijke of andere instanties van de lidstaten elkaar op verzoek bijstand door elkaar gegevens te verstrekken of inzage in dossiers te geven.
Wanneer het Bureau inzage van dossiers geeft aan de rechterlijke instanties, openbare ministeries of centrale diensten voor de industriële eigendom, is deze inzage niet onderworpen aan de in artikel 74 bedoelde beperkingen.
