The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 208 specifying:
(a) the formal content of the notice of appeal referred to in Article 68 and the procedure for the filing and the examination of an appeal;
(b) the formal content and form of the Board of Appeal's decisions as referred to in Article 71;
(c) the reimbursement of the appeal fee referred to in Article 68.
De Commissie is bevoegd overeenkomstig artikel 208 gedelegeerde handelingen vast te stellen tot nadere bepaling van:
a) de formele inhoud van het beroep als bedoeld in artikel 68 en de procedure voor de indiening en het onderzoek van het beroep;
b) de formele inhoud en de vorm van de beslissingen van de kamer van beroep, als bedoeld in artikel 71;
c) de terugbetaling van de beroepstaksen als bedoeld in artikel 68.
