The date of filing of an EU trade mark application shall be the date on which the documents containing the information specified in Article 31(1) are filed with the Office by the applicant, subject to payment of the application fee within one month of filing those documents.
De datum van indiening van de aanvraag voor een Uniemerk is de datum waarop de aanvrager de documenten met de in artikel 31, lid 1, bedoelde gegevens bij het Bureau indient, op voorwaarde dat de indieningstaks wordt betaald binnen een maand nadat die documenten zijn ingediend.
