This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 18 August 2006.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

Deze verordening treedt in werking op de derde dag volgende op die van haar bekendmaking in het Publicatieblad van de Europese Unie.
Zij is van toepassing met ingang van 18 augustus 2006.
Deze verordening is verbindend in al haar onderdelen en is rechtstreeks toepasselijk in elke lidstaat.
