By 10 January 2014, the Member States shall communicate to the Commission:
(a) the courts to which the application for refusal of enforcement is to be submitted pursuant to Article 47(1);
(b) the courts with which an appeal against the decision on the application for refusal of enforcement is to be lodged pursuant to Article 49(2);
(c) the courts with which any further appeal is to be lodged pursuant to Article 50; and
(d) the languages accepted for translations of the forms as referred to in Article 57(2).
The Commission shall make the information publicly available through any appropriate means, in particular through the European Judicial Network.
Uiterlijk op 10 januari 2014 delen de lidstaten de Commissie mee:
a) bij welke gerechten overeenkomstig artikel 47, lid 1, het verzoek tot weigering van tenuitvoerlegging moet worden ingesteld;
b) bij welke gerechten overeenkomstig artikel 49, lid 2, een rechtsmiddel tegen de beslissing op het verzoek om een weigering van tenuitvoerlegging moet worden ingesteld;
c) bij welke gerechten eventuele hogere voorziening overeenkomstig artikel 50 moet worden ingesteld, en
d) welke talen worden aanvaard voor de vertaling van de formulieren, conform artikel 57, lid 2.
De Commissie maakt de informatie met alle passende middelen openbaar, met name via het Europees justitieel netwerk.
