For the purposes of this Regulation, ‘court’ includes the following authorities to the extent that they have jurisdiction in matters falling within the scope of this Regulation:
(a) in Hungary, in summary proceedings concerning orders to pay (fizetési meghagyásos eljárás), the notary (közjegyző);
(b) in Sweden, in summary proceedings concerning orders to pay (betalningsföreläggande) and assistance (handräckning), the Enforcement Authority (Kronofogdemyndigheten).
Voor de toepassing van deze verordening omvat „gerecht” de volgende autoriteiten, voor zover zij bevoegd zijn voor binnen het toepassingsgebied van deze verordening vallende zaken:
a) in Hongarije, in het kader van een summiere procedure betreffende een aanmaning tot betaling („fizetési meghagyásos eljárás”): notarissen („közjegyző”);
b) in Zweden, in het kader van een summiere procedure betreffende een aanmaning tot betaling („betalningsföreläggande”) en bijstandszaken („handräckning”): gerechtsdeurwaarderinstanties („Kronofogdemyndigheten”).
