in forceWithout prejudice to the possible exceptions referred to in Articles 20, paragraph 1, point (b) and 28, paragraph 2, ratification or accession shall by operation of law entail accession to all provisions and admission to all benefits laid down in this Act.
Onverminderd de mogelijke uitzonderingen bedoeld in de artikelen 20, eerste lid, letter b) en 28, tweede lid, houdt bekrachtiging of toetreding van rechtswege in toetreding tot alle bepalingen en toelating tot alle voordelen in deze Akte vastgelegd.
