The articles of association of a European Cooperative Society (Europese coöperatieve vennootschap) with its statutory seat in the Netherlands must contain provisions regarding the manner in which the board is provisionally provided for in the event of the absence or inability to act of directors.
De statuten van de Europese coöperatieve vennootschap met statutaire zetel in Nederland moeten voorschriften bevatten omtrent de wijze, waarop voorlopig in het bestuur wordt voorzien ingeval van ontstentenis of belet van bestuurders.
