In any legal action instituted after the expiry of the period referred to in Article 7:260, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code regarding the compensations referred to in the first paragraph of that article, a ruling of the Rent Tribunal or a court order concerning the payment obligation of the tenant with respect to these compensations shall be submitted.
In elke na het verstrijken van de termijn, bedoeld in artikel 7:260, tweede lid, van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, ingestelde rechtsvordering ter zake van de vergoedingen, bedoeld in het eerste lid van dat artikel, wordt een uitspraak van de huurcommissie dan wel beschikking van de rechter omtrent de betalingsverplichting van de huurder met betrekking tot deze vergoedingen overgelegd.
