The board shall request and use the data referred to in Article 19c exclusively for the purpose of levying and collecting the landlord levy.
The relevant data, as referred to in the first paragraph, shall be retained until the landlord contribution has become irrevocable.
For the purpose of a true and fair view of the implementation and an effective implementation process, the board shall maintain such records as to ensure the accurate, complete and timely registration of data relating to the contribution.
Het bestuur vraagt en gebruikt de gegevens, bedoeld in artikel 19c, uitsluitend voor het heffen en het innen van de verhuurderbijdrage.
De betrokken gegevens, bedoeld in het eerste lid, worden bewaard totdat de verhuurderbijdrage onherroepelijk is geworden.
Het bestuur voert ten behoeve van een getrouwe weergave van de uitvoering en een effectief uitvoeringsproces een zodanige administratie dat de juiste, volledige en tijdige vastlegging is gewaarborgd van de gegevens met betrekking tot de bijdrage.
