The board shall adopt management regulations, having heard the presiding judges. The regulations require the approval of Our Minister. Article 11, paragraph 2, of the Framework Act on Autonomous Administrative Authorities (Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen) applies mutatis mutandis.
The administrative regulations shall establish the main outlines of the structure and the working method of the organisation of the Rent Tribunal (huurcommissie), as well as the hearing locations.
Het bestuur stelt een bestuursreglement vast, gehoord de zittingsvoorzitters. Het reglement behoeft de goedkeuring van Onze Minister. Artikel 11, tweede lid, van de Kaderwet zelfstandige bestuursorganen is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
In het bestuursreglement worden de hoofdlijnen van de inrichting en de werkwijze van de organisatie van de huurcommissie, alsmede de zittingslocaties vastgesteld.
