As soon as the judicial decision regarding the petition for extradition has become final and binding, the registrar of the court that last handled the case shall return that petition, together with the accompanying documents, to Our Minister.
Zodra de rechterlijke uitspraak betreffende het verzoek tot uitlevering in kracht van gewijsde is gegaan, zendt de griffier van het gerecht dat de zaak het laatst heeft behandeld, dat verzoek met de daarbij behorende stukken terug aan Onze Minister.
