The Authority for Consumers and Markets shall monitor, in consultation with Our Minister, the development and the level of the retail prices of the services referred to in Article 9.1, paragraph 1, points (b) and (c), and shall in doing so take particular account of domestic prices and the national income of the consumer.
De Autoriteit Consument en Markt monitort, in overleg met Onze Minister, de ontwikkeling en het niveau van de retailprijzen van de diensten, genoemd artikel 9.1, eerste lid, onderdelen b en c, en houdt daarbij met name rekening met de binnenlandse prijzen en het nationaal inkomen van de consument.
