In this Chapter and the provisions based thereon, public infrastructure is understood to mean:
public building under the control of a legal person under public law;
physical infrastructure under the control of a legal person under public law;
an installation under the control of a legal person under public law that forms part of the street furniture.
In dit hoofdstuk en de daarop berustende bepalingen wordt verstaan onder publieke infrastructuur:
onder zeggenschap van een publiekrechtelijke rechtspersoon staand openbaar gebouw;
onder zeggenschap van een publiekrechtelijke rechtspersoon staande fysieke infrastructuur;
onder zeggenschap van een publiekrechtelijke rechtspersoon staande installatie die onderdeel is van het straatmeubilair.
