Article 5.17

Articles 17, paragraph 1, under k, of Book 3 of the Civil Code, 20, paragraph 2, of Book 5 of the Civil Code, 36, paragraph 4, of the Land Registry Act (Kadasterwet) and 78, paragraphs 3 and 4, and 155 of the Transitional Act to the new Civil Code shall apply mutatis mutandis to underground support structures and protective structures as referred to in Article 5.15.
De artikelen 17, eerste lid, onder k, van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, 20, tweede lid, van Boek 5 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek, 36, vierde lid, Kadasterwet en 78, derde en vierde lid, en 155 van de Overgangswet nieuw Burgerlijk Wetboek zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing op ondergrondse ondersteuningswerken en beschermingswerken als bedoeld in artikel 5.15.
