Article 11.7, paragraph 4, point (a), shall not apply to contact details that the sender has collected prior to the entry into force of the Act of 10 February 2021 amending the Telecommunications Act in connection with the introduction of an opt-in system for the transmission of communications for commercial, public-benefit or charitable purposes to natural persons.
Artikel 11.7, vierde lid, onderdeel a, is niet van toepassing op contactgegevens die de verzender heeft verzameld vóór de inwerkingtreding van de wet van 10 februari 2021 tot wijziging van de Telecommunicatiewet in verband met het invoeren van een opt-in-systeem voor het overbrengen van communicatie voor commerciële, ideële of charitatieve doeleinden aan natuurlijke personen.
