A numbering plan established pursuant to Article 40d of the Telecommunications Act (Wet op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen) shall be equated with a numbering plan as referred to in this Act.
The allocation or reservation of numbers, as referred to in Article 17, eleventh paragraph, of the Telecommunications Act, the allocation or reservation of numbers as well as the amendment thereof, as referred to in Article 40d of the Telecommunications Act, the allocation of numbers as referred to in Article 40e of the Telecommunications Act, as well as the allocation of numbers, as referred to in Article 2, third paragraph, of the Cable-based Telecommunications Infrastructure Licensing Act, shall be equated with a reservation, allocation or amendment as referred to in Chapter 4 of this Act.
Een nummerplan vastgesteld krachtens artikel 40d van de Wet op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen wordt gelijkgesteld met een nummerplan als bedoeld in deze wet.
De toekenning of reservering van nummers, bedoeld in artikel 17, elfde lid, van de Wet op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen, de toekenning of reservering van nummers alsmede de wijziging daarvan, bedoeld in artikel 40d van de Wet op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen, de toekenning van nummers als bedoeld in artikel 40e van de Wet op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen, alsmede de toekenning van nummers, bedoeld in artikel 2, derde lid, van de Vergunningenwet kabelgebonden telecommunicatie-infrastructuur, worden gelijkgesteld met een reservering, toekenning of wijziging als bedoeld in hoofdstuk 4 van deze wet.
