Devices that are in use at the time of the entry into force of this Act by the holder of the concession, as referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Telecommunications Facilities Act, for the purpose of exercising the tasks assigned to the holder of the concession, shall, insofar as they do not comply with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to Chapter 10 of this Act, be deemed to comply with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to Chapter 10.
Apparaten die op het tijdstip van inwerkingtreding van deze wet in gebruik zijn bij de houder van de concessie, bedoeld in artikel 3, eerste lid, van de Wet op de telecommunicatievoorzieningen, ten dienste van de uitoefening van de aan de houder van de concessie opgedragen taken, worden, voorzover deze niet voldoen aan het bepaalde bij of krachtens hoofdstuk 10 van deze wet, geacht te voldoen aan het bepaalde bij of krachtens hoofdstuk 10.
