This Act does not apply to the provision of trust services, or to the intention to provide such services, which are excluded from the scope of the eIDAS Regulation.
Deze wet is niet van toepassing op de verlening van vertrouwensdiensten of op het voornemen tot verlening daarvan, die van het toepassingsbereik van de eidas-verordening zijn uitgesloten.
