Article 15.7

The officials referred to in Article 15.1, paragraphs one, two and three, are authorised to seal business premises and objects, insofar as this is reasonably necessary for the exercise of the powers referred to in Article 5:17 of the General Administrative Law Act.
The officials referred to in Article 15.1, paragraphs one, two and three, shall exercise the powers granted to them in Article 5:17 of the General Administrative Law Act, if necessary, with the assistance of the police (sterke arm).
De ambtenaren, bedoeld in artikel 15.1, eerste, tweede en derde lid, zijn bevoegd om bedrijfsruimten en voorwerpen te verzegelen, voorzover dat voor de uitoefening van de in artikel 5:17 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht bedoelde bevoegdheden redelijkerwijs noodzakelijk is.
De ambtenaren, bedoeld in artikel 15.1, eerste, tweede en derde lid, oefenen de hun in artikel 5:17 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht toegekende bevoegdheid zo nodig uit met behulp van de sterke arm.
